Physical Education

A physically educated person will demonstrate competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities. Student will also learn to perform appropriate offensive and defensive skills in a variety of individual/dual and team activities that are developmentally appropriate (e.g., badminton, basketball, soccer, pickleball, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball) for better education, exercise, and wellness fulfillment.

Lifetime Wellness

Lifetime Wellness is a holistic approach to health and lifetime physical activities in Tennessee high schools. This approach to total wellness encompasses the physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being of the individual.
